Do you offer decaf?

Can I purchase one-bag?

Not at this time.

Does it come in single-serve?

Yes, we have coffee pods. Coffee Pods fit standard K-Cup and Keurig brewing machines. Not compatible with Keurig 2.0 (Year 2015-2019) brewers.

Does it contain chicory?

Some people think H&H Coffee contained chicory. From what we can tell, it actually did not.

Frank Hardart perfected how to make coffee as a boy working in New Orleans. New Orleans coffee in the late 1800's did have chicory in it but also used the French-drip method. This was revolutionary at the time when the rest of the country was boiling coffee! Frank Hardart moved to Philadelphia from New Orleans in 1888 and opened up the first Horn & Hardart restaurant which was celebrated for its French-drip coffee. We have searched through what little records remain from that time and from what we can determine Frank created his own coffee blend and the blend that was ultimately served in the Automats by 1902 did not have chicory.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your customer portal through our website.

  • Sign into your account and click "Manage Subscriptions" on the right hand side.
  • Select "Cancel subscription"
  • You can also select “See more details” to pause your subscription or manage upcoming shipments.

You can also email us for help at: support@hhcoffee.com. Include “Cancel Subscription” in the subject line of your email.

How do I update my shipping address?

Sign into your account on our website.

Select "Manage Subscriptions" on the right hand side.

Select "See more details"

Edit your address under the section “Product Shipping Info”.

How do I update my card?

Sign into your account on our website.

Select "Manage Subscriptions" on the right hand side.

Select “Payment details”. Follow the prompts to receive an email to securely update your payment information.

Can I pause my subscription?

Of course! Sign into your account on our website.

Select "Manage Subscriptions" and "See more details" on the right hand side. Follow the prompts to skip shipments or pause your subscription.

Shipping Information

How do I track my order?

We will send you a confirmation email when your order is shipped that will include tracking information. The tracking information may take from 48-72 hours to update. If you still haven't seen any updates after 72 hours for your order, please reach out to us at support@hhcoffee.com

Do you offer free shipping?

Automat Coffee ships free in the United States.

Shipping fees apply for merchandise products.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time.

How long does it take to ship?

Orders within the U.S. are usually delivered within 3 to 6 business days from their shipping date.
